Alain Gras Estate Selected wines

The Red and white wine served in the hotel bar comes from the Burgundy region. The Alain Gras domain is located in Saint-Romain, in the heights of the Côte de Beaune. The estate currently operates 14 hectares in Auxey-Duresses, Meursault and above all in Saint-Romain. With his son, Arthur, Alain Gras can count on the fifth generation to continue the history of this estate, which has become a benchmark for the great wines of Burgundy. The Alain Gras estate works in reasoned control, that is to say by limiting treatments as much as possible and the harvest is done by hand.

Fashionable wine, the Rosé wine comes from the Châteaux Roubine cru Classé located in Lorgues. sustainable agriculture is at the heart of this wine estate.

Emmanuel PITHOIS A winemaker's Champagne

Emmanuel Pithois is a ghost. There is almost nothing to discover about him. No website, no social media. We suspect that of the 30,000 bottles it produces per year, most are sold locally and very few find their way abroad.

With his wife Catherine and now his son Virgil, Emmanuel cultivates 5 hectares of vines in Verzenay village with the appellation GRAND CRU on the north-eastern slope of the Montagne de Reims. He refines all of his wooden wines to make them rounder and sweeter. Emmanuel works in reasoned struggle.

In her house in 1850, Catherine opened a charming and luxurious guest room where she officiates brilliantly behind the stoves to the delight of the guests.

At the Bar you can taste its vintage M 995 , Grand cru.
